Troubleshooting

Use the product's real status, events and logs to find the next step.

Repository missing

Check that the NjiraCloud GitHub App is installed on the correct GitHub account or organization and can access the repository. Refresh or reconnect the repository connection if access changed. GitHub account sign-in and repository authorization are separate.

Build failed

Read deployment events and build logs. Check the configured root, Dockerfile or adapter requirements, dependency lockfiles and supported command overrides. Correct settings or source code, then request another deployment.

Application is not serving

Check runtime state and logs. Confirm the process listens on 0.0.0.0 at the configured port, and that the configured health-check path returns success. Ready history alone does not prove an instance is still running.

Domain or database unavailable

For custom domains, check the exact TXT and CNAME records and separate DNS and TLS status. For data resources, check readiness and attachment, then deploy again after attachment or credential changes. Keep credentials and secret values out of any shared diagnostic output.
